CoachDiaryDesk offers personalized coaching sessions focused on professional growth and goal setting.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may schedule sessions through our site. To change an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions will be credited toward your coaching package.

2.2 No-Credit Services

Certain services such as one-on-one consultations scheduled on short notice or special events are final and do not qualify for credits due to the reserved time and resources allocated.

3. Info Products

CoachDiaryDesk info products include e-guides and worksheets available for download. All sales of info products are final. Once delivered, no credits are issued.

4. Goods

Physical goods purchased through CoachDiaryDesk.com may be credited if unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-creditable.

5. Refund Policy

Coaching Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be credited. Late cancellations are not credited.
Info Products: All sales are final; no credits are issued after download.
Physical Goods: Eligible for credit if sent back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. A credit will be applied to your original payment method.
